She started her international teaching career teaching language in Belgium. In Belgium she fell in love with the challenges and excitement of international teaching. From Belgium, her wanderlust and desire to “teach around the world” lead her to teach Spanish and English in New York, Spain, Belgium (again), and now home to Slovakia.
As you can imagine, besides teaching, one of Ms. Dvorecka’s true passions is traveling. As a result, she spends most of her time outside of school traveling, visiting (or revisiting) places around the world. She has visited many countries and hopes to reach many more (maybe them all!). Her second passion is her family and her two inspiring nieces. Ms. Dvorecka also enjoys sports, especially yoga and meditation practice. She’s lived in Bratislava for the last few years and enjoys the vibrant and gritty feel of the city.
Ms. Dvorecka is excited to join EIS Bratislava and we are lucky to have her! She looks forward to working with motivated teachers, enthusiastic students, and being part of our busy and vibrant school community.
