πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ After-School Yoga & Meditation Club: Mind, Body, and Heart 🌟

Tuesdays are extra special at our school! Preschoolers and Grades 1 & 2 eagerly gather for the After-School Yoga & Meditation Club, ready to stretch, breathe, and explore mindful movement.

Our sessions combine playful yoga poses with gentle meditation, helping children develop flexibility, strength, focus, and emotional awareness. Through fun yoga flows, little yogis learn to move their bodies safely and confidently, while short meditation practices teach them to pause, breathe, and tune in to their feelings.

The joy on their faces is contagious! From balancing in β€œtree pose” to quiet moments of mindful breathing, children leave each session calm, confident, and energized. These practices not only enhance physical health but also nurture self-awareness, focus, and resilienceβ€”skills that support learning and personal growth every day.

Watching our young students embrace mindfulness with such enthusiasm is truly inspiring. The Yoga & Meditation Club is more than an after-school activityβ€”it’s a place where children connect with their bodies, minds, and hearts, fostering joy, calm, and inner strength.
