Y11, together with Y12, attended a theatre play at the DPOH Theatre at the beginning of November.

The play explored the challenges of navigating the modern world of information overload. It delved into topics such as disinformation, hoaxes, and conspiracy theories, questioning how immune we truly are to their influence. Set against the backdrop of the digital age, where Generation Z has unlimited access to information, the play highlighted the hidden dangers lurking online—represented by the enigmatic figure of “Fantomas.” However, Fantomas is more than just a mysterious villain; it’s an acronym for the key pillars of media literacy, teaching audiences how to verify facts, identify authorship, spot manipulation, and critically assess the information they consume.
