Jumping into Fall…Like a Cat!

Fall has finally arrived! The trees are showing off their best colors—bright orange, golden yellow, and deep red. The air feels cooler, the mornings are crisp, and the ground is covered with crunchy leaves that make the perfect playground. And who loves jumping into a pile of leaves more than cats? With their sneaky paws, twitching tails, and playful leaps, cats seem to think leaf piles were made just for them!

In our Environmental Club, we brought this fun autumn scene to life. Each child painted colorful fall leaves, then carefully traced and cut out a black cat from paper. The cats were glued right into the middle of the leaf piles—some cats hiding, some jumping, and some looking very proud of their new leafy kingdom. The finished pictures are simply amazing, full of fall colors and playful cats.
