Night of Museums and Galleries in Bratislava – May 17th
Save the date for the unique experience in Bratislava.
On May 17, 2025, museums and galleries in Slovakia will once again join the pan-European initiative La Nuit européenne des musées. This year, the 21st edition of the event called Noc múzeí a galérii 2025 will take place in Slovakia, which has been attracting a large audience to museums and galleries since its inception in 2005. Until late at night, you can discover the wealth of collection-forming institutions in an unusual and entertaining way, just like in approximately thirty European countries. Each participant in the event can create their own journey of knowledge and entertainment according to the program, whether alone, with family or friends.
Event admission:
In the visited museum/gallery, the visitor purchases, according to their preferences:
a) the recommended admission fee for all cultural institutions is 5 euros per person (children under 12 years old are free, unless otherwise specified by the institution.)
– in the case of participation of several institutions under one common program, it applies that if in the first such institution visited and a ticket is purchased, the visit to other institutions is free of charge upon presentation of the paid ticket; (admission is not paid in institutions that have free admission)
b) a ticket for the visited museum/gallery, which is valid only in this specific institution. It is governed by the current price list of the museum/gallery
c) institutions with free admission do not sell admission tickets for this event either, unless otherwise specified by the institution.
