Celebrating Book Week at EISB Primary School

Book Week kicked off at EISB Primary School with some crazy hairdos walking the halls! During the second week of March, our primary school students focused on finding the fun in reading and fully engaging in the festivities.

Throughout the week, we enjoyed dress-up days and character days, where students from every class participated enthusiastically. One of the highlights was having our parents come into the classrooms to read books to the students. These moments created some of my favorite school memories!

Additionally, the upper primary grades turned their Book Week into a project week, aiming to reshape our primary school library. It was inspiring to see the creativity and teamwork involved in this initiative.

A huge thank you goes out to all of our teachers who stepped up to help with the library project. It truly was a team effort. I also want to extend my gratitude to Jesus Buitrago for his incredible video recording and editing skills. Thanks to him, we were able to capture a bit of the magic from this week and share it with our community.

Let’s continue to celebrate our love for reading and the wonderful experiences that come with it!
