Research skills

Students mus oftentimes write essays, reports, or do presentations in class. In order to write a good report, essay or make a good presentation, research must always be conducted as the first activity. Nowadays the internet is the most common medium to be consulted first. This process of data gathering is called secondary research. The process of secondary research can be combined with primary research consisting of observations, interviews, and questionnaires. After the activities of primary and secondary research, the students can start writing the essay, report or make the powerpoints of the presentation. The research question must be formulated in the introduction followed by the description of the data gathering via the primary and secondary research in the body part and finally the conclusion can be drawn which is the answer to the research question. The mentioning of the resources used should be mentioned in the bibliography at the end.
