Academy ᴏᴘᴇɴ/ᴇxʜɪʙɪᴛɪᴏɴ Day

On Friday, November 14, the English International School of Bratislava opened its doors for our Academy Open Exhibition Day! From 9:00 to 11:00, families, friends, and visitors had the chance to explore the amazing projects our students have been working on since the start of the school year.

Visitors could start their journey at the reception and then move through different zones of creativity and learning. There were displays from our language classes, including Spanish, French, and German across all year groups. Non-speaking items were also available for viewing if needed, giving everyone a chance to see the variety of student work.

At the Spanish stand, students taught how to make Fajitas, sharing cooking vocabulary and offering visitors a taste of the dish. The stand was lively, interactive, and full of flavor.

Over in the Workshop & Office Hall, students presented their Individuals & Societies projects from Years 8 and 9, while our science enthusiasts displayed projects ranging from Biology and Chemistry to Physics for Years 10 through DP1.

Visitors could also check out specialized stands, including Product Design, Visual Arts, 3D Modeling, Drone Club, and a range of business-related projects such as TOK, Global Politics, Business Management, and International Relations. Clubs like the Critical Thinking Club and Student Council added even more depth to the exhibition.

The Music Room showcased diorama projects from Years 7 to 9, combining art and music to highlight students’ creativity and musical understanding..

The event was not only a celebration of student learning but also a chance to see how curiosity, creativity, and hard work come together at EISB.
