Year 6 Bump up day

The studends in the primary year 6 class had the opportunity to experience one day in the shoes of an MYP1 student, where they had academy classes. I chose a simple project for a course of one lesson, that would normally be featured in the elements of art unit. The task was simple – create a tissue paper mossaic depicting a turtle. The students were eager to create works to the best of their abilities.

Some of the students even had the courage to ask, whether they can depict something else than a turtle, to which my answer was: of course!
