All About Pets

One of this unit’s scientific inquiries was into the needs of pets.

We learned all about how to take care of them, including details about their specific diets, what kind of environments they require, animal behaviours, fun facts, and how they can help us in return.

Here are our students’ favourite things they learned about cats and dogs:

Lea: Cats need a dry, comfortable place to live. 

Danny: Dogs can find bombs. 

Ivan: Cats need to play. 

Iryna: Cats need a soft space. 

Ali: The fastest dog ran 40 miles per hour. 

Danil: Dogs have super smell.
