Drama Crew Comes Through

There was plenty of drama here at EISB back on the afternoon of December 1 as the Drama Crew shared their original production, “The Disappearing Campers,” with both their classmates and parents in two separate performances.

“I thought we did well,” said Mehrbod Abdolhosseini, a Y5 student who portrayed a camper named “Timmy” in the production. “We all did a good job with our acting.”

The short play, which was written collaboratively by the members of the Drama Crew, centers around a group of teens who experience a series of kidnappings on one night during a camping trip. There was plenty of mystery, some laughs and a surprise ending.

This was the second live production by the Drama Crew, which is an afterschool club run by the Y5 teacher, Mr. Jim, and our music teacher, Ms. Erika. There will be another session of the Drama Crew beginning in February 2024 and it is open to any interested students in Years 3 – 6. Come and join us for some creative fun!
