Easter with Y4

On Wednesday, the last day of school before the Easter holiday, we had mostly a fun day at school. However, we did start the day with a Math test but afterwards there was catching the flag outside, an Easter egg hunt, crafting, drawing, playing and watching a movie called “The Dog Who Saved Easter”.

I think my class needed the day to be just kids again and just enjoy themselves while doing more relaxed activities. It was the end of our unit 4 anyways and I had been sensing a lot of energy in them for a week or so, which is why we needed to let it all out. At the end of the day, it seemed like everyone had had a good day and were happy to head out for the well deserved break!
