Open House at EISB 01/04/2026

Today’s Open House at the English International School of Bratislava was a proud moment to witness learning come alive across the school.

As a Mathematics teacher, I enjoyed watching our Year 10 students present their work on quadratic equations and functions. They explained their thinking clearly, broke down complex ideas, and showed real confidence while engaging with visitors.

Walking through the school, I saw learning in many forms. In the STEM area, students presented a greenhouse project, where they designed a smart solution for maintaining plant growth a great example of creativity and real-world application.

Students from Individuals and Societies shared thoughtful presentations, while the Language departments showcased work that reflected strong communication and cultural understanding.

What stood out most to me was the confidence of the students. They spoke with clarity, especially Romanko, answered questions, and took full ownership of their learning.

Moments like this remind me that education is not just about what students learn, but how they express it, apply it, and grow through it.

A proud day for our students and the entire EISB community.
