Y13 Celebrate Their Last Mikuláš Day in High School

This year’s Mikuláš celebration held on Friday, December 5th was a truly heartwarming moment for our Year 13 students—a final chapter of a tradition they have enjoyed throughout their school journey. As they prepare to graduate, this last Mikuláš Day in high school felt extra meaningful, filled with laughter, music, and a wonderful sense of togetherness.

The celebration brought a bright and festive spirit to the school. Our Y13 students embraced the moment with enthusiasm, singing cheerful songs that filled the room with energy and joy. The atmosphere was light, warm, and full of nostalgia, reminding everyone how far these students have come and how many shared memories they have created over the years.

Thanks to the thoughtful collaboration between the school and the Parents’ Association, students received healthy treats that added a sweet touch to the celebration. It was a simple yet beautiful gesture—one that made the morning feel special and appreciated. Seeing our seniors enjoy themselves, laugh with friends, and take a small break from the pressures of their final school year was truly meaningful.

As teachers, it is always touching to witness these milestone moments. This year’s Mikuláš celebration was not just a festive activity; it was a reminder of community, tradition, and the joy of ending the high school journey with cherished experiences. Our Y13 students carried the spirit of the day with gratitude and happiness, making their final Mikuláš one to remember.

A heartfelt thank you to the school leadership and the Parents’ Association for making this celebration possible. And to our Year 13 students: may this joyful day stay with you as a warm memory as you move toward graduation and the exciting future that awaits.
