Year 12 and Year 13 Students Enjoy a Memorable Zoo Visit in Győr
On Wednesday, September 10, our Year 12 and Year 13 students had the chance to step away from their busy academic routines and experience something truly special: a visit to the unique zoo in Győr, Hungary. This zoo is unlike most—it allows visitors to get closer to the animals, to interact with them, and even to touch them in a safe and respectful way. For our students, it was an unforgettable opportunity to connect with nature and enjoy a day full of joy, discovery, and shared laughter.
From the moment they entered, the students’ excitement was evident. Surrounded by fascinating animals, they were able to forget about the pressures and stress of their daily lives and fully immerse themselves in the experience. Whether it was petting animals, observing their behaviors up close, or simply walking together through the zoo, every moment was filled with positive energy. It was heartwarming to see how much happiness such a simple yet meaningful activity could bring to everyone involved.
For our seniors and juniors, this visit was more than just a day trip—it was a much-needed chance to bond, to recharge, and to create lasting memories together. The smiles, the laughter, and the sense of wonder reminded us all of how important it is to pause, connect with the world around us, and enjoy the present moment.
This zoo visit in Győr will certainly remain a highlight of the school year. It gave our students not only a break from their demanding schedules but also a renewed sense of joy and togetherness. Watching them return from the trip so energized and uplifted was a reminder of how valuable these shared experiences are, and how they help shape a strong, positive, and united school community.
