Baking and Celebrating in Our Environmental Club!

As the first semester of our Environmental Club came to an end, we decided to celebrate in a fun and meaningful way—through baking! Our young club members had the chance to create a delicious and healthy treat using fresh ingredients, teamwork, and a bit of creativity.

For our special baking time, the children worked with fresh fruits like blueberries, strawberries, and bananas. Instead of traditional dough, they used crackers to form a unique base for their treat. With excitement and enthusiasm, they carefully followed a simple recipe to make a tasty fruit roll.

This activity wasn’t just about making something delicious—it was also a great learning experience. We read through the recipe together, discussed the importance of measurements, and practiced using different ingredients. The children explored how simple, natural foods can be turned into something wonderful with just a few steps.

The best part? Everyone enjoyed the fruit rolls, not just the children but also their families! It was a wonderful way to wrap up our club’s first semester, combining fun, learning, and a love for healthy eating.
