MYP2 painting

During the MYP2 basics of painting unit, students learn and develop crucial skills. There is a lot of inspiration to take from artists in history, such as Claude Monet, who focused on depicting nature in an impressionist manner. The students had an opportunity to take inspiration from the countless depictions of water lilies, while still being encouraged to give it their own spin.

The main technique here was watercolor, but mixed media was aslo welcomed.
