The Culinary Journey
We recently organized Austrian and German Days at our school, which lasted for three days. Students from Year 12 and Grade 12 participated in a unit titled “The Culinary Journey,” where they had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with dishes from Austrian and German cuisines. The project assigned to them was to map out traditional dishes from specific regions of these countries, accompanied by brief descriptions. They collectively presented their findings and shared them with other students at our school, who could also read about these specialties.
On Friday, we put this theoretical knowledge into practice. Chef Andrea prepared a special lunch menu for us, consisting of the following dishes:
- KAISERSCHMARRN / pancakes Austrian style
- CURRYWURST / sausage baked with French fries and cheese
- WIENER SCHNITZEL

Thank you to the students for their activity, to Ms. Andrea for lunch, and to Ms. Liana for her help with the organization.
