Practice Makes Perfect
The staff and students at EISB gathered at Stredisko Kultury early in the afternoon on Tuesday, December 19, to practice for the 2023 EISB Christmas Concert. All students had been transported to the venue by 3 p.m. and a run-through of the show commenced.
While the students have been working on their performances under the direction of Ms. Erika for over a month, this was the first and only opportunity they had to practice their skills on the actual stage where the concert took place later that evening.Β Stage set-up, sound checks and blocking all had to be completed before each group of kids could take the stage for a quick practice.
It was a lot of hard work for a lot of people, both staff and students alike, but it was all worth it in the end as the students went on to put on a memorable performance for the EISB family to enjoy.
