EISB’s Year 6 explores the universe to find a new home

EISB’s Year 6 students recently held a space expo offering opportunities to explore the heavens for new homes.

It’s only been a half-century since man first entered space and set foot on the moon, and in that time, not only has our hunger to venture out further, but Earth’s population has more than doubled.

The students are aware of Elon Musk’s desire to colonize Mars, but the students of Year 6 are more interested in that which is beyond.

For their expo, visitors were greeted with other options. The students have found and identified various earth-like planets which are ideal to sustain human life, and also designed ways to get there, allowing visitors to inquire about each of the trips and get a glimpse of what life could be like on other worlds.
