MYP5 successfully finished their Personal Projects

MYP students in their final year explore an area of personal interest over an extended period. It provides them the opportunity to consolidate their learning and develop important skills they’ll need in both further education and life beyond the classroom. It also helps them develop confidence to become principled, lifelong learners.

Our students were able not only to create amazing products, but they learned how to plan, research, execute and evaluate a project. They gained skills that will help them in their university lives, in their future career or business.

Aayushi created an Indian cookbook, with traditional recipes that can be made with ingredients available anywhere.

Sofia sawed a professional ice skating dress.

Maria decided to advocate against child labor by painting.

Jozef created a sandpaper glove to make sanding easier.

Alisa learned new painting techniques.

Amirspasha delved into trading to be able to explain it to others.

Kristina wrote a professionally formatted script about the Chernobyl tragedy.

Lekai created a traditional Chinese Kongming Lantern.

And Marek was able to create an engaging website.
