Mikuláš Celebrations in Our Classrooms

We are thrilled to share a heartwarming and delightful celebration of Slovak tradition that graced our classrooms, thanks to the wonderful initiative by our Parent Association. The joyous occasion of Mikuláš was brought to life, spreading smiles and warmth among our students at the English International School of Bratislava.

Mikuláš, a beloved Slovak tradition celebrated on December 6th, holds a special place in our hearts. It marks the day of Saint Nicholas, known for his kindness and generosity. This year, as every year our Parent Association embraced this tradition, bringing the spirit of Mikuláš into our classrooms.

The classrooms buzzed with excitement as the children received bags filled with sweets—a heartwarming gift from the Parent Association. The joy and anticipation on the children’s faces were priceless as they eagerly awaited the surprise hidden within those charming bags.
