Intensive English Program-Hearing as a Key Tool to Learning a Language

A child with good hearing learns the language faster. It’s simple. When a child does not pronounce a sound correctly it is because he/she cannot hear it and therefore he/she cannot write it. Clear speech is important. Children use different strategies while reading. Some of them prefer silent reading, some of them loud. In our Intensive English Program, we focus on hearing clearly our own reading. We use tubes that echoes. A child says a word or a sentence and he/she can hear his/her own reading and pronunciation. It’s an interesting technique and fun for not only beginners. Using this tool they want to read. They want to use these tubes. Reading can be FUN!
