Year 13th traditional bike ride to Rusovce Lake

On September 5th, we went on our class’s traditional bike ride to Rusovce Lake. Although only five students from the 13th grade participated this time, it didn’t dampen our spirits or spoil the event. As usual, we met at 11 a.m. under the Old Bridge and cycled toward Rusovce along the Danube.

The weather was warm, even if the sun wasn’t shining. The lake water was warm too, so we didn’t hesitate for a moment about whether to swim or just sit on the shore.

We swam out to the island and back, changed clothes, and headed to the village for lunch.

The four hours flew by. We all thoroughly enjoyed the time spent together, the nature, and the bike ride itself. Since the Y 13th is graduating this year, this was our final group outing.
