A beautiful journey

As the school year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the unique and beautiful journey I’ve had as a new teacher at EISB.

Joining the EISB community has been an incredible experience. From the very first day, I was welcomed with open arms and felt a sense of belonging.

Teaching Science and Math to MYP students has been both challenging and rewarding. However, the most inspiring experience was seeing the spark of understanding in my students’ eyes and witnessing their growth throughout the year.

First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my colleagues. Your support, patience, and hard work have made this year easier. Whether it was through sharing opinions, feedback, teaching strategies or offering words of encouragement, your help has been invaluable. I am continually amazed by the dedication and passion EISB teachers bring to our school, and I am grateful to be part of such a talented and supportive team.

Additionally, I would like to sincerely thank the parents. Your involvement in school activities, events and classroom support has played a crucial role in our students’ success. From volunteering at school events to participating in parent-teacher conferences, your active participation has strengthened the bond between home and school, creating a supportive environment for our students.
