๐ŸŒŸ Year 2B Open House Exhibition โ€“ A Day of Learning, Creativity, and Joy!

Learning Comes Alive โ€“ Year 2B Open House Exhibition

Today was a truly special day for Year 2B as we proudly hosted our Open House Exhibition! The energy and excitement in the air were contagious right from the morning. We started our day by coming together as a class, moving to the rhythm of lively music, and sharing some fun dance moves to get ourselves energized and ready for the big day ahead.

Once our spirits were high, we began our exhibition in the classroom, which was beautifully transformed into a space full of creativity and learning. Our class was divided into four interactive stations, each showcasing a different area of our learning journey.

๐Ÿง  Science Station โ€“ The Beat of Life

At our Science station, we demonstrated how our heartbeat works. Students explained what happen to our Heart beats when we run, skip, exercise. Parents could even listen and feel the rhythm of the heartbeat โ€” it was both fun and educational!

โž• Math Station โ€“ Numbers Come Alive

In the Math area, students presented a numbers, addition, and subtraction game. Everyone got a chance to play and test their math skills in an exciting, hands-on way with Math Manipulatives. It was wonderful to see parents and friends enjoying learning through play.

๐ŸŽ Unit Station โ€“ Healthy Choices

For our Unit of Inquiry, we created a โ€œHealthy vs. Unhealthyโ€ sorting game. Through this interactive activity, we shared our understanding of how making the right food choices helps us stay strong and energetic. It was great to see our young learners confidently sharing what theyโ€™ve learned about health and well-being.

๐ŸŽจ Art Station โ€“ Expressing Through Emotions

Our Art station was a feast for the eyes! We proudly displayed our mandala art and emotion-themed artworks, inspired by our exploration of feelings and mindfulness. The colorful patterns and thoughtful expressions truly reflected our creativity and emotional awareness.

๐Ÿ’š A Touch of Entrepreneurship

Adding an extra sparkle to the day, our students also set up small stalls where they sold calm and anxiety-free bracelets, healthy smoothies, and sugar-free brownies. It was inspiring to see their entrepreneurial spirit combined with their learning about health and well-being.

The Year 2B Open House Exhibition was not just a display of our learningโ€”it was a celebration of teamwork, curiosity, and joy. We are so proud of our students for their hard work, confidence, and enthusiasm. It was truly a day to remember!
