EISB’s Maxim Mateas earns Footballer of the Year Award
On Monday, December 9, the Grassroots Gala, where the Slovak Football Association (SFZ) annually honors the best youths and the most successful individuals of amateur competitions, was held in Šamorín, where the best youth and amateur footballers received awards. The ceremony also included the announcement of the results The Footballer of the Year and the Footballer of the Year up to 17 and 19 years old and the best women’s League eleven of the 2023/24 season.
Maxim Mateas (Year 12) who plays for ŠK Slovan Bratislava was voted as Best Footballer of the year for U17.
