Snippets:Year 6 Video Interview Project Homework over the Holidays

One of the most highly anticipated projects of the school year in Year 6 is the history video interview project. They have to make a video interviewing one of their relatives or family friends. The video should include carefully created questions about the experience which the video interviewee experienced around an historical event. They then have to edit the video to give context and make it relevant and give the audience additional insights into an important event.

This year it was decided that the interviews would take place over the course of the Christmas break. This would give more opportunity for many of the students to produce a good interview. When we return in January, they will edit and further contextualise the videos.
