Book-Making Workshop During Slovak Lessons

As part of our Slovak language and literature lessons, students had a special opportunity to take part in a creative and eco-friendly workshop led by Sarah — a volunteer from the organization INEX, who had already visited our school during the Fašiangy celebration.

This time, Sarah showed students how to make their own books from recycled paper. The activity beautifully connected with our lessons, where we learn about stories, writing, and the importance of expressing ideas through words and creativity.

Students from SFF and Extra English classes also joined us, and together we discovered that creating a book is not only about writing — it’s also about imagination, teamwork, and caring for our planet
