Year 11 Sculpture and Pottery

The students of year 11 had a wide variety of projects to finish this sculpture and pottery unit. Each student worked with crepe paper sculpture, made room models, clay tiles, and each student also worked on the pottery wheel, to create a pot, on which additional features were added. After a week of drying, the pots were ready to be fired in the kiln, then glazed, and then fired again, to finally, end with a functional, food safe pot, that the students are also free to take home after being displayed.
