To conclude our first Spanish unit, Year 5 and 6 students created a lively podcast all about birthdays and celebrations!
In this episode, students practiced using Spanish to talk about their own birthdays β sharing when their birthdays are, what they do to celebrate, who they celebrate with, where the party takes place, and what they like (and donβt like) about it.
Using sentences like βMi cumpleaΓ±os es el cinco de marzoβ, βCelebro con mis amigos y mi familiaβ, and βNo me gusta comer ensalada en mi cumpleaΓ±osβ, they put their new vocabulary into action in creative and personal ways.
The podcast was full of fun details, laughter, and enthusiasm β a true celebration of learning and self-expression!
