EISB was buzzing with Oktoberfest energy. Students performed German songs and dances, did skits, and ran presentations. Middle schoolers took on a quiz about Oktoberfest, while high schoolers explored German food vocabulary.

There was gingerbread heart decorating, props for photos, and a video showing how schnitzel is made. Presentations about pretzels popped up whenever someone asked, and the apple strudel and marmelade filled donuts didn’t last long, especially since the donut sale went to charity.

A special thanks to our DP students and to Ms. Michaela, Ms. Liana, and Ms. Andrea for making the day happen. It was a day full of culture, fun, and good vibes.
