Deutsch: Gesundes und ungesundes Essen (Healthy and unhealthy food)

Our German class (YEAR5) welcomed a special guest, Mrs. Martina Kuželová, who is the mother of our student and also an expert in the field of healthy nutrition. She graciously agreed to share her knowledge and insights with us.

During our German lesson, the students had to identify the ingredients found in the pasta salad prepared by Mrs. Kuželová. Then they had to write them in German. Thanks to this practical experience, the children could learn words such as bear garlic, asparagus, fennel or chickpea in German.

An inspiring discussion followed, where children could ask questions and share their own experiences. Mrs. Kuzelova gave us many practical tips on what to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner, so that it would be healthy. She appealed to children to try new foods, especially vegetables and fruits, because this diversity is beneficial for our body.
