Meet Wildcard: Year 2’s Adopted Cow!

Year 2 has a new friend to follow throughout the school year, Wildcard, our adopted cow from a dairy farm in Maryland, USA!

Although Wildcard lives far away from our classroom in Bratislava, we will be able to follow Wildcard’s journey through updates and photos throughout the school year. This exciting experience will give our students a real-world connection to their learning and opportunities to make connections across different topics and units.

As the year progresses, we will share updates about Wildcard and use these as opportunities to spark curiosity, encourage questions, share ideas, and make connections to what we are learning in the classroom.

We are excited to see how Wildcard grows throughout the year and discover the many connections we can make along the way!
