Graduation Day for Year 13

On Friday, June 13th, our Year 13 class celebrated their graduation. Despite the superstition around the date, everything went wonderfully! 😊

As I warmly welcomed the students and our guests, I must admit that there were moments when I forgot to breathe, and my voice trembled a little… but that’s all part of the emotion of such a special occasion.

I believe even our graduates were a little nervous too. But dressed in their elegant gowns and caps, they appeared taller, more mature – transformed. They have grown, they have been shaped by challenges and hard work, and they have come out stronger. They made it – and we are incredibly proud of them.

I’d like to once again congratulate them on this achievement. Congratulations also go to their families and teachers who supported them and believed in them every step of the way. Special thanks go to Ms Merna, their class teacher – a true β€œschool mum” who guided them with care and heart.

Having had the chance to teach many of our Year 13 students and spend time with them, I can say that their personalities have inspired me in many ways:

Noel – for his critical thinking
Nana – for her powerful feminine energy
Ela – for her friendliness and drive
Morteza – for his determination
Sepanta – for his unique, authentic world
Denis – for his politeness
Lily – for her artistic soul
Aria – for his sharp mind and love for challenges
Stephany – for her hard work and responsibility
Filip – for his practical thinking
Rebeka – for her honesty
Alexi – for her kind nature
Jakub – for his gift for bringing people together
Sofia – for her style πŸ™‚
Ella – for her leadership and management skills
Vivien – for her resilience
Ali – for his joyful energy
Tomas – for his sense of humour
Arman – for his politeness
Kerim – for his cool and calm perspective
Xinnuo – for her quiet elegance
Leo – for his jokester spirit

Each of you has left a unique mark on our school and in our hearts. As you step forward into the next chapter of your lives, remember that the challenges you’ve overcome have prepared you well for the journey ahead. Keep embracing your strengths, stay curious, and never stop believing in yourselves. We will miss you dearly, but we are excited to see the incredible things you will achieve.

The future is yours – go out and make it extraordinary!

With pride and affection,
Ms.Michaela
