EISB was buzzing with Oktoberfest energy. Students performed German songs and dances, did skits, and ran presentations. Middle schoolers took on a quiz about Oktoberfest, while high schoolers explored German food vocabulary.

There was gingerbread heart decorating, props for photos, and a video showing how schnitzel is made. Presentations about pretzels popped up whenever someone asked, and the apple strudel and marmelade filled donuts didnโ€™t last long, especially since the donut sale went to charity.

A special thanks to our DP students and to Ms. Michaela, Ms. Liana, and Ms. Andrea for making the day happen. It was a day full of culture, fun, and good vibes.
