Pottery

Year 11 has successfuly finished the Sculpture/Pottery unit, where every student worked on the pottery wheel, created a jar, and then added features to it.

Students were quick to admit, that this skill looks easier than it actually is, but over all, they had fun, and learned a lot.

We also switched to different glazes, and I have to say, that when it comes to ceramics, this was the best possible decision. The new glazes are reliable and beautiful, and it ignited passion for ceramics within many students.
