EISB Student Council Served Up an Exciting Badminton Doubles Tournament

The EISB Student Council, in cooperation with Mr. Jim, our PHE teacher, recently organized an action-packed Badminton Doubles Tournament at the Retro Sport Hall — and what a day it was!

With over 50 students participating, the tournament brought together players from across year groups for an morning full of fast rallies, teamwork, and friendly competition. The excitement never stopped as matches took place on four courts simultaneously, creating a lively and energetic atmosphere throughout the hall.

Students demonstrated impressive skill, sportsmanship, and determination, making every match exciting to watch. Whether competing for victory or cheering from the sidelines, everyone contributed to the fantastic spirit of the event.

After many thrilling matches, congratulations go to our champions, Emily (Year 12) and Yuki (Year 11), who claimed first place with excellent teamwork and outstanding performances.

Taking second place were Sviat, our Student Council President, and Randy (both Year 12).

A huge thank you goes to Mr. Jim and the Student Council for organizing such a successful event, and to all students who participated and helped create an unforgettable tournament atmosphere. We look forward to seeing even more players on court next time!
